Why an Executive MBA?

Executive MBA programs are designed for rising business professionals with built-in flexibility that allows students to continue in their career while pursuing an education.  They provide the same foundation and rigor as an MBA degree with the added bonus of providing a fast track to improved on-the-job performance and the rewards that come with success.
The EMBA classroom is transformed into a place to learn from peers as well as top ranked faculty, to expand spheres of influence and to gain perspectives not otherwise easily available.  A diverse student body in terms of expertise, experiences, ethnicity, and industry representation ensures numerous perspectives are represented, enriching your experience and building relationships with your classmates that will become increasingly valuable over time.

In the 21st century, business is no longer constrained by national boundaries.  No executive program would be complete without an international study component to study firsthand business and management practices beyond the United States.  There is no substitute for first hand international experience.  It broadens the students' horizons, equips them with the tools to excel in the global marketplace, and distinguishes them in the crowded world of MBA graduates.
Business leaders who pursue an Executive MBA degree put their education to work immediately.  What is learned in the classroom one day is frequently applied at work the next.  Consequently, it does not take long for Executive MBA participants to realize personal and professional benefits.  Their contributions are often recognized through greater responsibilities, promotions and increased compensation.
